BUSINESS PROPOSALS

If you are interested in presenting Seymore Butts, Pure Play or any of their video lines with a business proposal or ideas please do the following:

Type out a fairly thorough business proposal stating - what you are offering, what you are looking for exactly (i.e. distribution, money invested, use of talent name for branding and so on...) Please be as descriptive as possible.

If you have a product that needs to be seen as part of your proposal be sure to include at least one sample of it in your package along with your proposal. Do NOT forget to put your contact info on the proposal and it's a good idea to label the item as well in case it is separated from the documents.

Always include a phone number and the best time to reach you along with a SASE if you need your product returned.

EVENT APPEARANCE / SIGNING / HOSTING INQUIRIES

Any event proposals, hosting or signing inquiries need to list exactly what dates are involved in your event including travel days. How much time is expected at each event?

Be sure to include if you are providing the following:

Travel (non-stop or direct flights only)
Transportation - (car service or driver/security)
Hotel (at least a 4 star with 24hr room service )
Food (3 meals a day)
Drinks (If at a party)
Daily appearance fee (varies depending on talent)
Polaroid - Film/Camera (100% if talent provides own film or 50% if you provide film)
